A Good Day for Bike Mode

I just bought two 1980's road bikes for $25! The red one only needs some cables adjusted and the blue one just needs a new front wheel. But, the red bike is in such good shape that I rode it home from the guy's house. Maybe a little de- and re-greasing is in order for some of the parts and I should get some tires that don't look dry-rotted, but the bike itself is really in excellent shape and the same goes for the blue one. Check 'em out.

Yeah, I know, just what I need to fill my apartment with while I'm supposed to be moving.

Here are some more bike things you can fill your brain with, though. Both of these blogs are done by the same guy: Copenhagen Cycle Chic is about stylish ladies on bicycles and Copenhagenize is a pretty sweet collection of articles, pictures, and videos about a city where there's actually a lane in which cars are specifically not allowed to run you over while you're biking. Apparently they've invented such a city, but it's in Denmark.

Other than that, they're making a live action Ghost in the Shell movie and I'm going to fucking kill myself. I was really hoping they would just keep on ruining everyone else's favorite comics, but no. It's my turn.
